Stage 01 of 5:
See
what they noticed before it became a trend.
Editorial property of Gabriel Pavão, specialist in RevOps, Revenue Architecture, and AI applied to business.
Conversations with those who saw the turning point before the market.
In each episode, a leader reconstructs the decision they made before it became consensus: what they saw, what it cost, and the results it brought.
Official channels will be announced at launch.
Those who see it first grow first.
It's a territory. Each conversation investigates the same question from different angles: what this leader saw before others, and how that turned into growth.
I didn't come to collect tips for Monday. I came to go deep, with those who have already been there.
At the end of each episode, I translate the conversation into a single phrase, the Depth Capture. It is the moment when the guest's story connects back to the thesis: those who see it first grow first.
A ritual that repeats itself, episode after episode, until it becomes a way of seeing the world.
Ten episodes divided into five stages. Two guests per stage. One question running through it all: what did you see before the market?
Stage 01 of 5:
what they noticed before it became a trend.
Stage 02 of 5:
how they transformed perception into data.
Stage 03 of 5:
The four gears of the Revenue Engine: Data, Processes, Systems, and RevOps as the compass that keeps everything pointing to the same north. How an operation goes from guesswork to a system that produces the same result in a repeatable way.
Stage 04 of 5:
Creator commerce: the frontier between media and revenue. How the creator goes from reach measured in followers to a sales channel measured in data, in the system that took an operation from 30 thousand to 90 thousand creators and from R$22 million to R$600 million.
Stage 05 of 5:
what you learned after the top.

Season 1 is coming soon. Leave your email and be the first to know.
The first season has ten seats and all go through editorial curation. If you have a story that is obvious to everyone today, but almost no one bought into when you started, apply. The review is done by Gabriel Pavão and usually responds within 14 days.
Access to the private area is granted after a direct invitation. Log in to track recording status, view next steps, and materials.
Each episode ends with the Depth Capture: a short phrase that translates the guest's story back into the thesis. It's the moment when the dive returns to the surface as an actionable insight.
Recording is remote or in-person and lasts up to 60 minutes. The final episode is edited to 35 to 45 minutes. The script is open-ended: the goal isn't to interview, it's to investigate the turning point in the guest's career.
Yes. You can apply at /podcast/candidatar telling what turning point you saw before the market, or nominate someone else in the form on this page. Both paths go through the same editorial review before any invitation.
Season 1 is in production: ten episodes already mapped across the five stages, with no public date. Leave your email on the list to be notified of the launch; official channels will be announced along with the first episode.
