Who
Beyond the Surface

Speaker, executive and diver.

I live in two worlds. Both taught me the same thing. One has meeting rooms, targets and data dashboards. The other has currents, pressure and silence. For years I thought they were opposites. Today I know they are the same place, seen from different depths.

Those who see first grow first.

Keynote pitch

In 60 seconds, what I bring to your stage.

A short cut straight from Gabriel's voice, the same point of view that sustains every keynote: seeing before the movement shows up in the result.

60 seconds, straight to the point. What I bring to the stage, straight to the point. Tap to watch with sound.

Video hosted on YouTube.

The executive

Twenty years reading revenue as a system.

More than twenty years leading revenue, with operations in eleven countries and three continents. I founded a technology consultancy and grew it to eight figures before returning to sit inside the executive table.

I started in sales operations, moved through technology consulting for large corporations and led the structuring of revenue, RevOps in practice, not theory, at a major Brazilian consumer brand: the creator operation that scaled from R$22M to R$600M in revenue (about 27x), from 30 thousand to 90 thousand creators, across 11 countries. Today I am Director of Revenue Operations at Rockty and one of the pioneers of Creator Commerce in Brazil.

The diver

Where the thesis was born.

PADI Divemaster and underwater photographer. It was underwater that the thesis was born. On a dive with almost zero visibility, I joined the search for a child lost in the water, and found the child by reading the instruments and the current, not by sight.

There, "who sees first grows first" stopped being a phrase and became conviction.

Why it matters

Growth was never about the monthly target.

Out of the water, I am father to Vitinho, the reason why growth, for me, was never about the monthly target, but about leaving something deeper than the surface shows.

That is why the work, keynotes, book, executive advisory, always aims at the same thing: helping leaders decide with depth, not with haste.

Points of view

What sustains the work.

Rigor before rhetoric

No insight is worth more than the number that supports it. No number is worth more than the decision it unlocks.

Long term without nostalgia

Respect for the past, obsession with the next cycle. A strategy that ages well starts with an eye on what does not yet exist.

AI as an ally of clarity

Technology does not replace the leader, it replaces the leader who refuses to learn it. My job is to shorten that curve.
